Hello!  

 As a telehealth therapist, my goal is to support you in recognizing and processing feelings and stressors. I will follow your lead and we will work together to identify any areas of desired change, and to establish goals. 

 I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker and have been working in the mental health field for over 20 years- gaining experience in various settings such as in-home, hospitals and outpatient centers.  These experiences have allowed opportunities to work with children, families, groups and adults.  

 I became a social worker to help people locate resources and advocate for themselves. As a therapist, I enjoy meeting and connecting with people to build trust in a safe, secure, judgment-free environment.
