Elana takes a holistic and patient-centered approach to psychiatric care, considering not only the medical aspects of mental health but also the emotional, social, and environmental factors that impact well-being. She can prescribe and treat many psychiatric conditions including Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder and more. She is a strong advocate for personalized treatment plans, tailored to everyone’s unique needs and circumstances.

Before beginning her work as a Psychiatric Mental health Nurse Practitioner, she was a nurse for 12 years. Her work included inpatient progressive care, behavioral health ER, and inpatient Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Behavioral Health. This diverse background has provided her with a unique perspective on mental health issues across the lifespan. She is well-versed in the latest psychiatric research and therapies, ensuring that her patients receive the most current and effective treatments available. Elana holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Jefferson College of Health Sciences and Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University and is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
